Some bouncy castles in our range come with a detachable shower cover to protect the product so you can use again once the rain has stopped.

We then come and pick it up at the agreed time.

What do you need from us?
You need to have a big enough space for the castle. You need to know whether the bouncy castle will fit in your garden or whether you want to put it outside or inside, on grass, concrete or the type of floor and for you to have a great party.
How much room does the bouncy castle require?
As a rule you will need about 5 ft behind the castle, 2 ft each side and enough space at the front for the children to enter and exit the castle safely.

There needs to be sufficient ceiling height but our bouncy castles can go inside.

We need to be able to deliver the castle and inflate it for you to make sure that you are completely covered by our insurance. We will also demonstrate and talk you through information you need to know.

How much does it cost to run a bouncy castle?
The average it costs is about £1 in electricity to run a bouncy castle per day.
Can we cancel it if it rains?
We don’t ask for a deposit or charge a cancellation fee however we can charge you £25 if you don’t give at least 24 hour's notice if you need to cancel. We also reserve the right to cancel a book and will give 24 hour's notice for this. The main reasons for this are diverse weather conditions as our bouncy castles are dangerous when wet. We sill contact you when there is hazardous weather to ensure if you still require the product.
Do you have insurance?
Bounce'In Beds have a million pound public liability covering accidents and injuries caused by our equipment, such as incorrect installation. When we give out one of our products to hire the customer is responsible for the safety of those who use the castle.
What does the insurance cover?
The cover is there to provide protection to third parties for any damage caused by our products. We do have to warn to the hirer that if any accident occurs from no supervision, then the hirer will be fully responsible and Bounce'In Beds will accept no liability
Are there any age or height limits?
Most of our bouncy castles have an age limit of 14 year and a height limit of 1.5 metres, with the exception of our range of adult bouncy castles. If we find that anybody over this age has been using the inflatables designed for children we have to send off the castle for safety testing, this test costs around £100 plus any profit we have lost from not being able to hire out the product. The hirer will be held responsible for any damage that has occurred.
